EMERGENCY and TRAUMA

Alhamdulillah, it has been 3 months + since i started my 5th year in this university. after done with posting sakit puan now I've move on to Surgery posting. before that we have short posting for A&E for about 3 weeks. and yesterday was the exam days. (cuak..cuak... i HATE exam grrr..) 

Niiinoo...Niiiinooo... teeetttt..tettt...

Actually, this is quite a fun posting. because lots and lotsa hands-on procedure. if compare in the ward lah~ boleh set IV line kat patient.. (alaa yg cucuk jarum kat tangan tu~~) huhu sometimes x dapat cucuk, kesian dekat patient. sorry yeh >.< but we want and need to learn to do it. if we didn't learn now, how can we be able to become a quality doctor kn? everyone will start from below. no one yang lahir2 je terus pandai nk set IV line an? so, please let us learn.. ^.^ thank you sooo mucho

anyway.in this posting i had experienced doing CPR on a real patient.. but sadly he didn't survive. being in A&E department give me chances to see many types of patient and many types of RELATIVE.

some that make me moved, but some make me irritated. Anyway, Love your family and friends before who know when it will be their time or! our time to go.

i send this picture to my sister, she thought i intubate (masukkan tube dalam salur penafasan utk bantu penafasan pesakit) mat saleh hahah... if la i can intubate real patient... takpe..takpe.. one day sofi.. one day~~~

Then i got the chance to follow ambulance...NiiNOooo Niiinooo..teettt..teetttt...
at 1st thrilled, then.. perrghhh mabuk duk blakang tu~~ so i just look outside the ambulance's window... pening2..
On Call malam2 from 9pm till 7 am the next morning. so, depend on your luck. sometimes it will be a hectic night, or sometimes it will be just be a relaxing and breeze night.. haha.. during my on call duty, mcm2 jenis patient. and if case at 3-4 am.. usually is fighting case or drunken la~~ need to be very careful with this type of patient.. and that night, not the patient yg mabuk, but his accompanying friends... perrghhh da la besar badan... so i better stay away jauh2...

So, i've finised this A&E posting...yabedahbedu.... but i just received the time table for next posting which is surgeryyyyy... my God... pack ah~~~ xpe2... jia you..jia you... because
